What does 'in stock' mean?

An item can be marked as 'in stock' if a product is located in one or more of our warehouses. For configurated products, an item may be marked as in stock if one or more of the most popular configurations are in stock.

Stock levels are updated at least once per hour. Consequently, an item marked as 'in stock' does not guarantee that the item is still available between updates.

If you purchase an item that is not marked as 'in stock', you can continue to place your order online and you will be advised of lead time on that product within one business day. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping for a full refund.

What is Qwik-Ship?

Qwik-Ship is our fast delivery program. We recognize that customers need the product in their hands as quickly as possible for the lowest possible cost.

Products that are marked as Qwik-Ship are currently showing as in stock in our main warehouse and are ready to ship the same day (for orders placed before 4pm EST). These will typically be delivered within 3 business days to most major urban centers in the lower 48 states, with the exceptions shown on the color-coded map below. You get this fast service for the low price of standard UPS Ground service.

Orders placed after 4pm EST and/or shipping to areas marked on the color-coded map below can take up to 5 days. International orders may take more than 7 business days.

Note : if you order includes products that are NOT marked as Qwik-Ship, it will slow delivery of your order.
